GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Event Secretariat) has been appointed the official hotel accommodation agent and will gladly handle all related arrangements. Various accommodation options are available near the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen, Vienna.
Important Notice Regarding Hotel Booking Scams
GUARANT International strongly advises all participants not to engage with unauthorized vendors or companies that may contact you via phone or email offering hotel reservations at “discounted event rates.” These entities often attempt to collect personal information, including credit card details, and are not affiliated with the official event. If you are contacted by any company claiming to offer attendee lists or hotel deals, do not respond and report the incident to our team.
All prices quoted are per room per night including breakfast, 13% VAT. If the price does not include city tax, please note that the tax is calculated as 3.2% of the net accommodation cost (excluding VAT and breakfast).
Should VAT change before the beginning of the Event, the Event Secretariat will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new price.
Please note that price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees.
How to make a reservation
To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to contact the event secretariat or use the official hotel booking link.
Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible.
A credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation.
Once you complete your reservation via the hotel booking link, please follow the hotel’s instructions regarding any changes, cancellations, No Show policy or other modifications. These details will be sent to you by the hotel to the email address you provide during the booking process.
Please be informed that the hotel may request a guarantee for any extras either by credit card pre-authorisation or by requiring a deposit.
